LUNAR ECLIPSE FULL MOON IN VIRGO✨🌌🌕♍
March 14, 2025
”Pure Feeling”
One of the most powerful moments of the year is approaching. A celestial event that is not merely astronomical but represents a rupture in the fabric of reality, shaking us and leaving us momentarily suspended.
The Moon will vanish from the night sky and with it, everything we considered certain. Yet this will allow us to see more clearly with the eyes of the soul, to navigate through the shadows and rediscover the path to true light. This is a time of deep purification, and acceptance of the changes that must be made. It calls us to walk forward with faith into the unknown and take an evolutionary leap.
The Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse occurring at 23°56’ Virgo at 8:54 PM (Greece time) is the first of the year and brings revelations, lessons, transformation, and inevitable shifts, particularly affecting those with key astrological placements at 21°-27° of the Mutable signs (Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius), at 8°-10° of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Scorpio, Leo, Aquarius).
In conjunction with the South Node, this Lunar Eclipse carries the weight of loss and endings. It calls us to dive deep into karmic waters, confront the consequences of past choices, and release what is no longer needed.
In the house of your chart where it falls, chapters may close permanently, freeing you from old relationships, emotional patterns, outdated paradigms, and past versions of yourself that no longer serve your higher good.
Falling on the Virgo-Pisces axis—the axis of service, healing, and soul purpose—this eclipse highlights the dance between surrender (Pisces) and conscious, methodical action (Virgo). It catalyzes soul purification and the alignment of our path with divine order. Virgo’s earthy, healing energy embodies wisdom, clarity, and self-sufficiency, urging us to cleanse and release its shadow traits, harsh self-criticism, perfectionism, and the need for control. In doing so, we can embrace the greater flow of life, reconnecting with creativity, faith, and higher vision.
This is a time to examine which habits, behaviors, and beliefs harm and overshadow your true essence, mission, or even your health. It is an opportunity for necessary purification and a shift towards new ways that support your physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being, aligning you with your most luminous self.
On a collective level, the Full Moon Eclipse in Virgo, visible primarily in America, marks a turning point in matters of public health, welfare, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food systems, bureaucracy, social work, and labor issues Additionally, issues related to homelessness, institutions, prisons, the clergy, refugees, agriculture, oil, and oceans may demand attention in the coming six months.
With Saturn opposing the Moon and conjunct the Sun in Pisces, the weight of responsibility, reality checks, and karmic reckonings intensify. Saturn compels us to confront structural limitations and accept that some things are beyond our control. Though challenges may bring delays, pessimism, or even despair, Saturn offers wisdom, the resilience to surrender to fate, trust the process, and commit to what is true and just.
The Moon’s exact trine with Uranus signals the emergence of new paths amid challenges, bringing sudden realizations, a desire for renewal, and unexpected solutions.
Despite the intensity and the sense of inadequacy or emotional wounds suggested by the Moon’s quincunx with Chiron, along with the approaching Mars-Chiron square, the harmonious link between the Luminaries and Uranus indicates the potential to step out of our comfort zone and dare to act differently, potentially changing everything.
Additionally, the Moon’s sextile with Mars in Cancer provides the motivation to fight for what we hold dear, drawing strength and courage from our deepest sensitivities.
The Pisces stellium opposing the Moon amplifies our sensitivity, making us feel raw in the face of transformation. Yet, it also opens a channel to higher dimensions, deepening our connection to divine guidance, beauty, and the realm of miracles.
With Neptune nearing the end of its journey in Pisces (since 2011) and conjunct the North Node, we are called to remain aligned with our dreams, trust the unseen, and surrender to a greater cosmic plan—one that defies human logic and transcends individual will.
Venus, retrograding through Aries, resurrects desires we thought were erased, old loves, forgotten passions, unfinished relationships, and unfulfilled dreams. While it prompts us to take initiative and claim what we truly want, Mercury’s stationing retrograde the day after the Eclipse (at the degree where the upcoming Solar Eclipse in Aries will occur) suggests a moment of pause before the truth is revealed.
With Mercury and Venus both retrograde in the coming weeks, at the end and the beginning of the zodiac wheel, the path forward requires a deep dive into the past, to reassess, correct, reconnect, or complete what was left unfinished. While revisiting an old timeline may offer valuable insights and the extra time needed for a more enlightened path ahead.
Which people, situations, and desires still belong in your life? What must you leave behind for your highest good, even if it feels uncomfortable or painful?
With Mercury and Venus descending into the underworld to retrieve truths we had ignored or avoided, the Universe reminds us that we cannot move forward while unresolved shadows and unfinished matters from the past linger. Relationships, desires, values, and even the stories we tell ourselves must now be examined, so we can release, recalibrate and prepare for a new beginning.
The Sabian Symbol for the Moon, “Mary and her white lamb,” drawn from the well-known nursery song, evokes purity, devotion and faithfulness to what is untainted. It suggests that to navigate the darkness, we must return to our most authentic and pure essence, protecting what is sacred.
On the other hand, the Sabian Symbol for the Sun, ‘’A inhabited island,’’ speaks of isolation, self-sufficiency, and the ability to create within a self-contained reality. However, under this eclipse, what once seemed like a haven may be revealed as a limiting enclosure. In such a moment any form of separation—be it emotional, ideological, geographical or social— may face challenges and metamorphosis.
With the powerful Piscean energy persisting for weeks and shaping this Eclipse, a profound spiritual trial unfolds, one that challenges the soul, testing faith, intuition, and the courage to trust the unseen without certainty.
And yet, this is not the end. It is a passage, a gateway between who we once were and who we are becoming, between what has been and what is waiting to unfold.
As the light withdraws, we are given space to turn inward, to see what remains when all external references fade. And when the light returns, one thing is certain, we will not be the same. Something within us will have shifted, forever altering our perspective, and then we will know better.
Wishing everyone a blessed and enlightening eclipse!✨🌌🕊☮
With love💓💓💓
